Condo Package
Our condo package is designed to give you complete peace of mind while you’re away. We conduct thorough interior and exterior checks, check lights, water systems, and the overall condition of your property. After every visit you will receive a report with photos and videos. We also monitor construction work being done while you're away to guarantee work is being done well and in a timely fashion.
Single Family Home Package
Our single-family home package provides a higher level of oversight while you’re away. We perform detailed interior and exterior inspections, checking lighting, plumbing, doors, windows, and overall property condition to catch issues early. If contractors are working on your home, we monitor progress to ensure everything is done properly and on schedule. We also conduct pre- and post-storm inspections, and after every visit, you’ll receive a full photo and video report for complete peace of mind.
